General Characteristics

The design includes, in an integrated manner, the Business Management, that is the business relation with clients (applied agreement, business conditions and prices to be invoiced, offers, temporary staff contracts, etc.), the Candidates Management (curriculum maintenance with academic and professionals registries, maintenance of conducted interviews, and a strong selection process to quickly locate the available candidates with the profile established by the user), Control and Monitoring of Employees (work contracts, timesheets, etc.) and Clients’ Invoicing.
It supports a multi-regime of contribution, multi-agreement, and multi-exercise structure which allows the conservation of a registry of previous salary situations and adaptation to the necessities which the Ley de Empresas de Trabajo Temporal [Temporary Agencies Law] established.
It has been built as a convenient and flexible system. Its architecture has been planned to better tolerate the most important modifications in the work methods or in the legislation itself, and to be a versatile and adaptable work tool in any specific circumstance, thus offering a huge applicability and very interesting benefits.
Easy installation; it has been conceived so that multiple users can network concurrently. It works under a Windows environment.
It is able to link with other Payroll and Accounting packs, such as the Wintsuite interface (National Insurance sign-ups and terminations) or Contrat@ (Inem sign-ups), thus giving the processes of automated dumping of the necessary information.
Its search utilities, consultation, and data maintenance included in the toolbar, allows you to answer in any moment to the possible questions as quickly as they are asked. Moreover, the reports generator can make any type of consultation regarding the system data, view them on the screen, print them, or export them to a file or to the Windows clipboard.
